
I think the internet is making us sniveling babies when it comes to hardships. Now days if you want a job all you have to do is get on line and search for likely possibilities. One hundred years ago during the Great Depression, the above mosaic just about the only path to employment. Standing on a street corner with a cardboard sign, hoping someone would notice.
The image here was taken at the Woody Guthrie Museum in Tulsa Oklahoma. It is one of my favorite places. This Land Is Your Land written by Woody should be our national anthem.
