The Milwaukee Museum of Art is probably the most innovative structure around. We visited there in 2007, but from looking at their present website, most things are much the same. It looks like a graceful swan overlooking Lake Michigan.

Seriously one of the best museums I have ever been to. I’ve been to hundreds. The modern art was given spectacular space to reside in. The architecture of the museum was fabulous. I drove my daughter from Chicago just to see this while on a winter business trip.
